Während der Deutschen Gamestage organisieren unsere Freunde von A MAZE. ein Indie Games Festival samt Konferenz, Party und einer Preisverleihung für das beste Indie Game. Die A MAZE. Indie Connect findet vom 26. bis 27. April 2012 in Berlin statt.

»A MAZE. Indie Connect has officially opened submissions for the 2012 A MAZE. Indie Games Award being held in the framework of the Deutsche Gamestage 2012 in Berlin April 26-27. The A MAZE. Indie Connect is the first full package Indie Games Festival in Germany in Berlin, and in Europe including a conference, workshops, exhibition, party and award ceremony.

The winner of the A MAZE. Indie Games Award for ‚Most Amazing Indie Game‘ will be picked by a high profile international jury (announced beginning of march). All entries will compete for € 5000, an amazing trophy. The deadline for submissions is March 30, 2012 and the finalists will be announced in mid April 2012. *Submission fee: 45€ We will reveal the winner live on stage at the A MAZE. Jump'n Run Party on Friday, the final day of the Indie Connect, at the What?! Club. The finalist games are playable presented at the party to the public. The media partners of the A MAZE. Indie Connect GEE, IGM, FluxFM, VICE will feature the nominees and the winner.
